GenCraft.cc ("we", "us", or "our") operates the GenCraft.cc AI image generation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
To use GenCraft.cc you must sign in with Google OAuth. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — only what is needed to identify your account and session. We also store your generated images, your prompts, and your purchase history on our servers, all linked to your account. We may collect anonymous usage data (such as feature usage and error rates) to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) create and manage your account and login session; (b) provide your generation history through the My Works page; (c) process payments and track your remaining credits; (d) improve the reliability and quality of the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Image Data Storage
Generated images, the prompts that produced them, and any reference images you upload are stored on our servers and linked to your account. You can browse, download, and delete this data at any time from the My Works page. We never use your images, prompts, or reference materials to train AI models, and we never share them with anyone outside the third-party AI providers required to fulfil your generation request.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate GenCraft.cc: Google OAuth (sign-in), third-party AI model providers (image generation — your prompts and reference images are sent to these providers to fulfil each request), Vercel (hosting and serverless infrastructure), Stripe / payment processors (purchase processing), and PostHog (anonymous product analytics). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for the Service to function.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to maintain your login state, preference cookies to remember your language and theme settings, and a small number of analytics cookies for product usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information (name, email, profile picture), generated images, prompts, and purchase records for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual generations from the My Works page at any time. You may also request full deletion of your account and all associated data via contact us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
