1. Digital Goods Policy
GenCraft.cc sells prepaid credits as part of paid plans ("Credits"). Credits are digital goods that are activated immediately upon purchase and can be consumed at any time to generate images. Because they are delivered and made available instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged but the credits were not added to your account due to a technical error on our part; (b) you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases: (a) you changed your mind after purchase; (b) you purchased the wrong plan and have already consumed any portion of the credits; (c) your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service; (d) generation failures or quality issues caused by third-party AI model providers that are outside our control. If you experience a batch failure caused by an issue on our side, please contact us within 7 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
4. Unused Credits
Purchased Credits do not expire. Any credits remaining on your account stay valid indefinitely as long as your account is in good standing. We do not issue partial refunds for unused Credits unless there is a verified error on our part as described in Section 2.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
